| Cancellation Policy: |
- Day Trips: 48hrs, 50% non-refundable; 24hrs, 100% non-refundable.
- Multi-Day Packages: 30 days, 100% non-refundable.
- Include scheduled flights: Tours that include scheduled air services (IE: # 7 & 8) must be cancelled 60 days prior to departure or Air cost could be charged to customer.
NOTE: All cancellations must be in writing and confirmed by Pacific Spirit Tours Ltd. Cancellations made within the cancellation period(s) will be subject to full charges. |

If passengers are confirmed for travel and fail to arrive, full charges will apply.
